Video and Photography at Veteco 2026, IFEMA Madrid: Stands, Façades and the Veteco-Asefave Awards

I’m Marcos Pérez, and I film and photograph window, façade, glass and solar shading stands at Veteco 2026, from 10 to 13 November in Halls 8, 9 and 10 at IFEMA Madrid. I work with profile and hardware manufacturers, glass processors, and blind, awning and pergola brands, as well as architecture practices entering the Veteco-Asefave Awards. In this sector products sell on detail: the cut of a profile, the way a sash closes, the light a pane lets through. That’s what needs to show on screen. My video and photography service at Veteco starts at €199 for a 15-second video and €150 for 10 photos, delivered within 24 to 72 hours.

Veteco 2026: windows, façades and solar shading across three halls

Veteco is IFEMA Madrid’s show for windows, façades and solar shading, and it is part of International Construction Week alongside Construtec, Smart Doors and Piscimad. The show has three areas: Veteco (windows, curtain walls, roofs and skylights, hardware, machinery and automatic doors), Veteco Solar (blinds, awnings, bioclimatic pergolas, technical fabrics and automation) and Veteco Glass (glass manufacturing and processing, and structural glazing). It is supported by ASEFAVE, the Spanish association of curtain wall and window manufacturers. According to IFEMA, by March 2026 close to 250 companies had confirmed, across some 31,500 m². In 2024, 352 companies from 81 countries took part, and Construction Week drew 46,737 professionals. Opening hours are 9:30 to 18:30 Tuesday to Thursday and 9:30 to 16:00 on Friday.

The 16th Veteco-Asefave Awards are presented on Thursday 12 November, with categories for best curtain wall, best window, best solar shading project and degree and master’s theses. If your company is behind an award-winning project or is launching a new system, that day is worth having on film.

Photographing profiles, hardware and glass without misleading reflections

Photographing a window in an exhibition hall takes some care: the glass reflects the spotlights, the aisle and whoever holds the camera. I look for the angle that shows the profile, the seal and the hardware, and when it helps I show the cut-away section many manufacturers bring to the stand. That way the photo works for a technical catalogue as well as for social media.

Product videos for window, façade and solar shading makers

You can choose from three lengths: a clip of a pergola opening, a 30-second piece on a window system, or a one-minute video that walks through your range. I deliver in HD, in vertical and horizontal formats, royalty-free and invoiced to your company. Full rates are on the video and photo price page for IFEMA stands.

Stand, demo and award ceremony photos at Veteco

I photograph the empty stand first thing, in clean light, and then with visitors, opening demos and meetings with installers and specifiers. I pick and retouch the shots and send them in high resolution, royalty-free and invoiced to your company. Use them on your website, in your catalogue, on product sheets and in releases for architecture and construction magazines.

Material specifiers keep and installers understand

Mechanisms filmed up close

A tilt-and-turn window, a blind motor or an adjustable louvre makes more sense in motion. I film the full movement plus a close shot of the hardware so an installer can see how it works without reading the spec sheet.

A quick selection on awards day

If your project wins on Thursday the 12th, I'll send you a few photos that afternoon so you can post them while the show is still open. The rest arrives within 24 to 72 hours, in high resolution with no usage expiry.

Coverage in Halls 8, 9 and 10

I move between Veteco, Veteco Solar and Veteco Glass depending on where your stand is. If you like, I'll film short statements from your technical director or an architect who has used your system on site. Halls 8, 9 and 10 are at IFEMA, Avenida del Partenón 5; from the metro (Line 8, Feria de Madrid station) you walk in through the South Gate.

Content for specification all year round

The show footage works for visits to architecture practices, for pitches to contractors and for your website. I invoice companies and work alongside your communications agency if you already have one.

Factory video for window and façade manufacturers

At the show people see the finished product. What convinces an architect or a contractor that you can meet deadlines is seeing your plant: the cutting line, assembly, quality control and the lorry being loaded. I can film that corporate video of your window or façade factory before or after Veteco and you can play it on the stand.

Reels and brand pieces for the window and glass sector

I edit short clips for Instagram and LinkedIn and longer videos for your website or YouTube. Before filming we decide who each piece is for: architects and specifiers, contractors and developers, installers and joinery workshops, or glass distributors.

Product photography and portraits for the trade press

Alongside stand coverage, I shoot products on a neutral background (a piece of hardware, a glass sample, an awning fabric) and portraits of your spokespeople. They’re made for press releases, technical sheets, catalogues and architecture and construction magazines.

How I plan filming on a stand with large products

Before the show you tell me which systems you want to feature and when you run demos. I film the wide shots first thing, before the aisle fills up, and the opening and closing details through the day. If a piece can’t be moved, I frame around the space available. It’s how I’ve worked on the more than 250 videos in my portfolio.

FAQ

Questions about filming windows, glass and façades at Veteco

Yes. The ceremony is on Thursday 12 November, during the show. Tell me the time and I’ll keep that slot free to film the award and a short statement from the architect or your team. You’ll get a first selection of photos that same afternoon.

On Veteco Glass stands I change the camera angle, use a polarising filter and, if the stand allows, place a dark background behind the sample. That way the edge, the lamination or the cavity of the unit is visible. Any reflections left over are corrected in editing.

Yes, if your Veteco stand has a mock-up or an assembled section. I film the sequence of brackets, mullions and transoms in close shots, and your technician explains each step in a sentence. It works for specifiers and for on-site training.

Yes. I film the louvres opening and closing from several angles, with the motor and the remote in shot. If the pergola has a rain or wind sensor, we ask your team to trigger it to show how it responds.

Yes. You can include them in every competition dossier you put together, with no end date, and the invoice for the Veteco coverage is made out to your company. If the images show an architecture practice’s building, ask for the practice’s consent before publishing them.

Yes. All four International Construction Week shows run at the same time at IFEMA, from 10 to 13 November. I plan the day in time slots and move between halls around your demos. See also the Smart Doors video and photography page.
